To support our growth and expansion across Europe, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The Channel Sales Manager Europe will be responsible for developing and managing the sales channel for our distributed brands across Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in channel sales and management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the European market.

Channel Development

Identify, recruit, and develop new channel partners across Europe to expand Vitel's market presence.

Sales Strategy

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Partner Management

Manage relationships with existing channel partners, providing support and driving their performance.

Market Analysis

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, competitive landscape, and trends.

Training and Support

Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to sell and support our products.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure alignment and support for channel activities.

Performance Monitoring

Monitor and report on the performance of channel partners, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Events and Trade Shows

Represent Vitel at industry events, trade shows, and partner events to promote our brands and build relationships.

Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in channel sales management, within the IT distribution sector.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Skills

Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge

Deep understanding of the European market and channel sales dynamics.

Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

Travel

Willingness to travel as required.

Location

Preferably Germany, but candidates can also be based in other countries within the European Union.
